Contract Length: 6 months
Pay Rate: $40-45K (DOE)

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
• Responsible for the invoicing of Service Contract order.
• Serve as the point of contact for all customer inquiries related to service contracts and Fee for Service (FFS) billing.
• Additional responsibilities include creation of contracts in a database and entering billing information into JD Edwards.
• Receive and Invoice Service Contract Renewal Orders daily, email invoices to customers monthly.
• Process all new and shipped orders in Microsoft CRM and in JD Edwards accurately and timely and ensure both systems align.
• Responsible for accurate and timely completion of month-end reporting that is provided to Finance, Sales Operations and Data Analytics team.
• Ensure work orders are completed correctly. Include all parts, order numbers, and detailed repair resolutions before completion.
• Work with Credit Department to resolve disputed FFS invoices and call customers when necessary.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers with respect to service contract and FFS invoicing questions.
• Reconcile 3rd party contracts and submit PO requisitions.
• Investigate, develop and recommend procedural efficiencies to enhance productivity, individually and within a team environment.
• Work with team on ad-hoc projects relating to outreach to customer base.
• Act as an influential member of the team, adapting personal behaviors to align with and support changes in the organization

Requirements:
•3-5 years’ experience in a finance, billing or service contract environment
•Experience with JD Edwards
•Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite with strong MS Excel skills
•Experience with customer relationship management software
•Ability to understand and navigate and report from a database
•Accountable with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
•Must be organized, diligent, and have strong customer service skills
•Strives to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers
•Creates collaborative working relationships within work group
•Cultivate trusting relationships through communication up, down and across the organization and with customers
•Welcomes and considers diverse viewpoints when thinking through issues

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Management required
