Billing Administrator

Type:           Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract
Length:        3+ months
Pay:          20.00 – 22.00 / HR 
Shift/Hours:    9A – 6P

Responsibilities for this Billing Administrator job include, but are not limited to: 
•    Responsible for Administration of Project/Task for all division contracts
•    Responsible for Administration of Billing and Contracts including Master Data
•    Process escalation of annual fee amounts per client agreements
•    Audits the accuracy of billing information entered into the system, and monitors the operation of the billing system
•    Work closely with other departments and project management on the rules and internal processes governing all client contracts
•    Maintains database by entering, updating, and retrieving data, as well as formatting, and generating reports
•    Reviewing and monitoring all billable project costs with project management prior to processing into the billing system
•    Timely responds to both internal and external customer requests
•    Creates and updates training and process guides as well as offering ideas to improve process
•    Demonstrates positive customer service attitude in person and on the telephone.
•    Demonstrates professionalism by articulating and demonstrating professional behavior, accepting responsibility and accountability for actions, adhering to policies and procedures
•    Other duties and projects as assigned by Billing Operations Management

Qualifications for this Billing Administrator job:
•    Two (2) year Associate Degree preferred
•    Minimum of two (2) years of Oracle/PeopleSoft Billing experience required
•    Advance Excel Skills
•    Understanding of General Accounting Concepts
•    Administration experience is a plus
•    Ability to communicate well both written and orally
