Job Title: Billing Analyst
Shift: M-F 8AM-5:00PM
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Contract: 1 year

Maintenance of data is the Customer Information System (CIS), Oracle and BillTrust billing and invoicing systems with a high level of accuracy and within defined SLA (service license agreement) timeframes.
Analyze, install, validate and audit all custom On-line Services contracts.
Provide pricing and billing support to Equifax sales and other internal departments.
Participate in all department projects as needed in order to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of revenue recognition in compliance with Equifax regulations.
Resolve pricing and billing issues to minimize credit adjustments.
Monitor and respond to questions from the departmental general email box.
Review daily, weekly and monthly audit reports (DVR’s) and make corrections as necessary.
Review contracts for pricing set-up; prepare and install new and revised pricing accurately according to CIS rules. Choose the best option for revenue recognition and comply with all Sarbanes - Oxley and Equifax accounting policies related to pricing.
Research, analysis and resolve issues related to pricing and pricing agreements.
Prepare and implement client mergers and acquisitions.
Perform audit review of pricing installations, account pricing reviews and annual price increases.
Provide documentation for internal and external Equifax auditors. Monitor expired and tiered contracts; manage all aspects of the Contract Management Database including monitoring activity for proper tiers and initiating price changes for proposed rate changes.
Continue to grow the Contract Management & Tier Review Access database in order to ensure completeness and accuracy with a primary focus on tiered contract, annual volume overage or true-up and contract language around periodic price increases or modification.
Research and make necessary correction of suspended and invalid transactions for revenue recognition purposes.
Prepare and update written documentation for the Pricing Manual.
Identify, recommend and process improvements.
