Billing Assistant

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented Billing Assistant in Superior, WI. This position will start out temporary and could have potential for permanent hire in the future. Successful candidates must have excellent data entry and multi-tasking skills. Responsibilities for this Billing Assistant job include:

- Call out to vendors/customers on billing

- Collect payments as needed

- Update spreadsheets

- Data Entry (AP/AR)

- Update facility calendar

- Assist with large scale mailings

- Assisting accounting department

- Answering a multiline phone system

- Direct calls to appropriate parties

- Assist with the setup of group meetings

- Prepare and sort interoffice mail for courier

- Related office tasks as assigned, duties may be added as assignment progresses

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Related accounting, billing, claims, or data entry experience is desired

- Strong computer skills and experience/knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Professional and courteous attitude

Compensation is $13 per hour.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
