Adecco Staffing is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced Billing Clerk in the Cuyahoga Falls, OH area.  This is a TEMP-HIRE opportunity.  If you meet the qualifications listed below, please Apply Now!

The client is a family oriented and locally owned home health provider with over 20 employees in the office.  The ideal individual will be organized and detail oriented as well as have a kind and caring personality and attitude.


  • Submit and monitor claims to insurance companies within appropriate filing deadline
  • Companies include:
    • Passport Waiver
    • Care Coordination
    • Veteran Administration
    • United Health Care
    • Care Source
    • OH State Medicaid Plan
    • Ohio Home Care Waiver (non-skilled, Home Care division)
  • Computer / Data Entry- update Hometrak software with documentation for clients including work on denials, changes of insurance/payer, communication w/ case management or other parties on billing issues, etc.
  • Keep patients & other staff aware of billing/insurance issues that may prevent service delivery
  • Maintain schedule calendar of claim submissions visible to ensure timely filling for deadlines required by insurance companies
  • Generate reports monthly, provide updates to Office Manager
  • Phone & Email (MS Outlook) Communication



  • Medical Billing / Coding knowledge – doesn’t require a lot of experience but need to be familiar
  • A PLUS if you have home care exposure
  • Excel, will train on medical program


Pay for this position is $15.50-16.00/hr.   This is a temp-hire opportunity.  Hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm.
