Billing Clerk

Billing Clerk needed in York, PA!   $16.89/hr  
This job is responsible for processing customer invoices, collecting receipts on time and reconciling to relevant supporting documentations for correct units, sales amounts, device values, gain share and labor amounts.
Primary Job Responsibilities: 
Work up invoice file based on system data using Excel functions including pivot tables and Vlookup, obtain sale order PO and payment confirmations. 
Ensure invoices are correct for units, sales amounts, device values, and labor amounts. 
Process billing invoice. Obtain approvals and ensure they are posted timely. 
Enter billing credits Maintain and file all billing invoices and other applicable supporting documentation, i.e. sales order PO, Invoice details, Approvals and posting confirmations, by customer name. 
Maintain summary file details timely and accurately. 
Validate bill points for UR, BER, and CPO request. Validate cash receipts for liquidation sales. 
Answer customer inquiries. 
Prepare analysis of customer invoices, as requested. 
Respond to emails from the Asset management team and Account managers concerning various inquiries. Performs filing, scanning and coping. 

Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or GED plus prior experience in an Accounting related field. Moderate Excel skills to include Vlookup and pivot tables
Position is contracted for over a year or more.
