Billing Coordinator

Billing Coordinator requires candidate to:

  • Maintain a schedule to perform billing procedures in a timely manner.
  • Prepare client invoices.
  • Manually update Xytech, VOT and DL3 services and rates.
  • Research discrepancies and recommend resolutions.
  • Assist in reporting and auditing.
  • Communicate with client to discuss billing issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill-set

  • AA degree in accounting or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred. 
  • Previous or related experience in the industry.
  • Working knowledge of computer skills (PC), specifically Excel, is required.
  • Must be able to work is a small fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Xytech billing system and SAP.
  • 3+ years of experience and knowledge in digital/file base management billing.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a larger team.
