Billing Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:
Review work orders / purchase orders received for billing.
Process client invoices via Xytech system.
Split, mail / email, & file client invoices.
Provide weekly billing estimates.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill-set:

BS degree in finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2 to 3 years experience working in a billing department.
Individual must be detail-oriented and focused.
Working knowledge of computer skills (PC).
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
