Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!   Type:                      Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract Pay:                        $16.50/HR Duration:               3 months Shift:                      M-F from 8:30-5:30 with occasional overtime/weekend work required   Responsibilities for this Billing Operations Coordinator job include, but are not limited to: This role will be responsible for account reconciliation, documentation, submitting updates into multiple systems to ensure accurate member updates, reviewing and QC of letters, data entry and analysis of large sets of data. This position requires work within several different operating systems and web based programs to retrieve document images, collect supporting or additional information. Knowledgeable about Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is a value added to this role. Duties include large data set reconciliations for Automatic payments and Good Cause. Data Entry work within Excel or Access that requires research and analysis with close attention to details to ensure accuracy and quality is maintained. Also this candidate will be responsible to QC outgoing member communications, with potential for outbound calls to members as needed for clarification, and additional duties as needed.   Qualifications for this Billing Operations Coordinator job:

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience of Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes or previous work experience in regulatory environment
  • Exceptional prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail is critical
  • Background in researching member accounts is highly preferred
  • Experience with Excel, Access, and other data sources/tools is a must
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or similar field preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Confident in decision making ability within strict timelines
  • Acts with integrity and uses sound judgment in dealing with confidential information
