We're recruiting for a motivated, analytical, self-starter to contribute to our client's continued legacy of financial strength. Looking for an experienced professional Billing Specialist.


This client's culture is businesslike and professional. The accounts in client's portfolio are A-class, high profile clients, comprised of building owners/owner groups, large property management companies, high volume General Contractors and Developers. Successful candidates should have experience working with similar AP portfolios.

Specific responsibilities for this Billing Processor position include:


Process requests from the branches through SharePoint and Outlook.
Verify the data provided is accurate and the information is input in the system correctly
Receive inquiries regarding billing; research and respond as quickly as possible
Follow through with any open issues to ensure proper resolution and engage team leads and supervisor if needed
Utilize the desk procedures and the departmental policy
Send daily reports to the Teams Leads regarding daily output
Send invoices, by mail and e-mail, to the customer daily
Attention to detail in mailing process is critical so protected customer information is not misdirected and the correct information is being sent to the customer
Will serve as back up for other Billing Processor when needed
Ability to work flexible schedules as assigned


Required Skills


Must have strong command of English language including vocabulary, grammar, and spelling
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Proven demonstrated high level of professionalism
Ability to work well with others in group capacity as well as by themselves
Possess good time management skills and ability to work independently as well as a team environment
Proven ability to exercise good judgment within defined procedures and policies and determine appropriate course of action
Will need to identify errors and root cause analyzes of issues and provide resolution
Ability to work under pressure with strict month-end deadlines
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite which includes Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Prior Shared Services environment experience preferred
Must be highly motivated and a self-starter
Must possess strong people skills, be cooperative, and exercise professional deportment in areas of public relations
Must have a high level of integrity and honesty
Must be able to stay focused on the task while within a busy environment
Must be punctual and reliable
Must be team player who enjoys interfacing with people and is non-judgmental of others
Must have positive attitude and willing to accept new responsibilities as required


Required:


High School Diploma required/B.A or B.S. preferred
Computer proficient
Excellent spelling and grammar skill
Good communication and organizational skills
