Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a contract-to-hire Billing and Collection Project Manager job in Bakersfield, CA! This is a contract to hire opportunity! Specific Duties:
Patient Financial Services Director overseeing Billing and Collections for three Acute Care Hospitals. This individual is responsible for managing all Business Office functions and coordinating revenue cycle operations for Bakersfield Memorial and Mercy Hospitals of Bakersfield. Will have 3 direct reports (2 Managers and 1 Business Analyst) and 45 billing, collections, and support staff. Must have hospital billing and collections leadership experience (Director preferred) and ability to prepare presentations and weekly report outs on Accounts Receivables status to Optum360 Senior Management.

Candidate must have minimum of 5 years hospital billing, collections, and leadership (Director or Manager) experience.
Candidate must also be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred knowledge of MS4 and SSI.

Billing and Collection Manager for Acute Care Facility Business Office. Managing all revenue cycle operations for Bakersfield Memorial and Mercy Hospitals of Bakersfield. Will have 3 direct reports (2 Supervisors and 1 Business Analyst) and 26 billing, collections, and support staff. Must have hospital billing and collections leadership experience and ability to prepare presentations and present to Dignity Health Administration and Optum360 Senior Management.

Candidate must have minimum of 5 years hospital billing, collections, and leadership experience.
Candidate must also be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred knowledge of MS4 and SSI.
