Job summary:
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed on what they will be doing day to day)

1.Commercial Insurance Claims Follow Up for Hospital services
2. Request Medical Documentation from site HIM department and mail to INS carrier
3. Re-Bill Commercial Carrier Hospital Claims
4. Locate Missed Placed Payments
5. Follow up with Patients on Coordination of Benefit denials.

What type of education will this candidate need HS Diploma

What software skills are needed Microsoft Office(Word/Excel/Access)

What are the hours 8 – 4
