Book Keeping Clerk

Adecco is assisting our client in recruiting for a Book Keeping Clerk, in the Greenfield area. This position is Contract (with the opportunity of permanent placement)

Responsibilities for the Book Keeping Clerk position include but are not limited to:

  • Verifies accuracy of vendor, client and staff checks and processes the payments
  • Secures authorized signatures on official documents and checks
  • Performs computer data entry; Order supplies for staff

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Book Keeping Clerk position:

  • Attention to detail
  • Prepares non-payroll checks and vouchers automated and manual
  • FundWare; Process requests via email – Accounting Software
  • Approve vouchers for client payments in automated system
  • May assist with bank statement reconciliation
