Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant job in Cincinnati, OH. This is a temp to hire opportunity. As a Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant you will be responsible for accounts receivable, customer service and day to day office duties. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities for this Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant job include:
• MUST HAVE knowledge and experience with QuickBooks online
• Answering Phones
• A++ Customer Service
• Creating bank deposits
• Collecting current and past due accounts
• Entering and processing credit card payments
• Entering payments into the Fish 3 database
• Creating and maintaining relationships with National Maintenance Companies and their payment processes.
• Filing all necessary paperwork.
• Preparing and sending “Thank You’s” to all residential customers.
• Call each residential customer 1 day prior to their scheduled cleaning.


• Quickbooks Online is a must, client will not consider someone without this experience
• Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Must have at least 3 years of office experience

This is a temp to hire opportunity paying $14 to $16 an hour. The hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
