Seeking experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Import/ Export Clerks in Laredo, TX!



Border Crossing Logistics Clerks must be able to start immediately, have 3+ years of solid experience.


Shift Hours:  Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hourly Rate: $15.00 $18.00

Border Crossing Logistics Expert      

Job Summary:

Extensive experience in various supply chain management, warehousing and material handling techniques, known for having excellent time management, exceptional import/ export logistics knowledge. Able to handle multiple accounts, strategically and ad-hoc logistics of cargo entering the United States. 



  • Responsibilities the coordination of shipments and supplies. Overseeing logistic programs and maintain contact with customer teams. They are responsible for internal communications in general and use customer feedback to identify ways of improving upon strategies and projects.
  • Manage the administrative process of contracts for key clients
  • Prepare competitive quotes of various sizes for entire projects, estimating the cost of US      transportation, custom broker, border crossing and MX transportation applying prices aimed at securing a strong profit margin
  • Develop, maintain and foster effective relationships with clients, providing update on projects and resolving any issues/concerns promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth operations by creating work schedules complete with timelines.
  • Determine yearly price increases and profit margins for products by evaluating competitive pricing structures and market acceptance for price increases
  • Collaborate in team sales presentations of high level technical complexities with strong emphasis on helping the sales team to win new customers and/or increasing business with existing accounts.
  • Create and manage US Customs entries for different types of cargo from from Mexico
  • General knowledge of 7501 to Us Customs and Customer's billing 
  • Maintained records of import, export and supply chain compliance in accordance with government regulations
  • Classified products for import and export according to international tariff regulations
  • Prepared documentation for Import & Export Shipments (Commercial Invoice, Packing Slip an others) Arranged shipments on schedule time
  • Maintains control of product costs and inventory valuation 
  • Supervise Accounts Payables for brokerage charges
  • Analyzing Mexican Customs programs and other international trade agreements for the reduction of duties in the importation of products
  • Create and control expense report on daily shipments 
  • Coordinate scrap shipment according with laws and local regulations
