Adecco is seeking Full-time 2nd shift Box Office Attendants with excellent customer service skills for a major entertainment event in Boston,MA. This position is seasonal. The start date for this position is mid-June, after successful completion of Adecco’s hiring process (interview attendance,background check, etc.)

As a Box Office Attendant, you will answer customer questions and handle sales transactions. Handle cash and credit card transactions, balancing registers each day. Diplomatically handle customer service issues and suggest possible resolutions.



Requirements: 3-6 months of Previous Customer Service Experience

Previous Customer Service experience
Work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in stressful situations
Computer experience, software experience ie: Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous cash handling and credit card transaction experience
Must be positive, honest, resourceful, polite, courteous, and presentable
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team environment
Flexibility: variable working hours, late shifts, weekends
Availability for the whole city duration
Must be 18 years of age or older

Approximate Work Schedule:

Mon – No Shows
Tue – 6pm to 11pm
Wed – 6pm to 11pm
Thu – 6pm to 11pm
Fri – 3pm to 11pm
Sat – 3pm to 11pm
Sun – 12pm to 8pm
