Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure that the assigned duties of all personnel are being completed daily and in a timely manner.
  • Schedule training through vendors for employees and customers.
  • Work closely with outside sales staff to ensure the best service is provided.
  • Open and close the building. Ensure that the facility is clean, safe and operational.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational.
  • Ensure that product is properly and safely stored.
  • Provide customer satisfaction by taking phone orders, answering technical questions, providing account information, providing pricing, support counter sales, and resolving customers' issues, complaints and transactions.
  • Plan and forecast inventory needs, ensure adequate product inventory is available and in good condition. (i.e.: transfers and sales)
  • Manage branch inventory. Perform cycle count of inventory.
  • Manage, supervise and conduct customer purchase transactions.
