Branch Manager

Do you enjoy creating a unified customer experience? Love running efficient and effective services? We are partnering with our client on a great opportunity for a Branch Manager! You will be overseeing the daily operations and production for the Branch office as well as supporting other departments through customer facing processes including acquisitions and onboarding, policy adjustment related to regulatory changes, account maintenance, and servicing technology enhancements.

Responsible for:

Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the branch office and customer service staff processes to ensure a high level of services to clients and customers
Identify efficiency gain opportunities and risks to company and continually seek ways to deliver responsive expertise to customers
Implement consistent staffing models, procedures, policies and practices throughout the branch as assigned by GM
Continually evaluates and updates written procedures and position-specific training. Ensures a high level of training for new hires and cross-training for all staff
Provides oversite and has responsibility to manage all aspects of personnel management, including termination
Provides mentorship and leadership to subordinates
Provides weekly and monthly reporting to Senior Management
Manages the resolution of escalated customer complaints
Provides data and data analysis to Senior Management on a regular and special needs basis
Communicates and enforces changes in compliance/regulatory standards and company policies

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 4 years experience in customer service and operations in loan servicing
Minimum of 2 years work experience managing in providing financial services/account management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to review data, identify root causes/trends and develop pro-active and creative solutions
Knowledge of banking and financial terminology and the ability to perform complex calculations
Ability to react quickly in response to unplanned events which severely impact ongoing operations
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent analytical skills
