POSITION: Branch Support Center Specialist

LOCATION: Carrollton, TX

DURATION: 3 months (contract)

HOURS: Mon - Fri

 

 

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
• Provide business and technical support for branches and customers via phone, chat and email.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Assist with maintaining and improving existing marketing tools for branches and customers.
• Support web-based customers and assist with orders, quotes and other inquires.
• Provide internal feedback and support in updating the web site.
• Assist branches and customers with situations related to order entry, order maintenance, shipping and post order support.
• Assist branches on site as needed for vacation support, special sales events.
• Other duties as requested.

 

Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales and/or inbound call centers
• Exceptional communication skills
• Great phone etiquette
• Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize independently

• Ability to multi-task.
• Customer service mindset.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to leverage the entire organization to achieve results.
• Desire to learn and become an expert in their field.
• Self-motivated.
• Computer-savvy and high comfort level with technology
• Must be able to be successful and productive in a fast paced team based environment.
• Willing and able to work within a 16 hour day/7 days a week/365 days a year schedule.
• Electrial industry experience a plus.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
