Pay Range: $45.79-$53.42/hr.

Position Description:
Whether you're on a consumer product or a business product, you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. In this role, you will support and provide insights to brand strategists to help design briefs, creatives and media strategy for Consumer. Apps. marketing. You’ll establish a measurement framework for brand campaigns, build consistency in reporting, and tell a compelling story between campaigns and product performance that will help shape campaign and creative strategy.

Job responsibilities

  • Work with a diverse cross-functional team and leverage product data, qualitative and quantitative research, user segmentation and competitive analysis to drive actionable insights and support brief creative strategy for cons. Apps.
  • Partner with brand strategists to develop creative testing and assess performance of rough asset’s potential across ads, videos and banners that cut through, with the analytical focus being recommendations to improve creative and achieving optimal performance.
  • Facilitate and manage relationships and operations between product marketing team, brand manager and creative & media agencies to ensure cohesive execution of creative testing process and ensure delivery of optimized assets. Track testing launches and measures their success.
  • Keep track of all Consumer Apps Brand testing projects across products to identify opportunities where we can bridge them together to leverage the best of our creative work.
  • Report and aggregate media performance to demonstrate progress against our efforts and goals through a compelling use of data and poignant storytelling.
  • Partner with the media team to measure and analyze Brand lift study per creatives and per channels to optimize budget, channel allocation and future investment.
  • Keep track of learning in a single place & share quarterly performance, learnings and best practices based on results.
  • Drive ad hoc projects that require strategic leadership and quick attention, and identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, involve key stakeholders as needed while managing the entire project.

Minimum qualifications
You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with campaign measurement, performance analysis, and driving brand strategy.
Preferred qualifications
Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable
  • You have a passion for consumers and online experiences, with a demonstrated ability to utilize consumer research and behavioral data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve consumer experiences and increase usage.
  • You are an analytical, data driven, hands-on person who will help define the future of our products and the way we communicate them to our users armed with the right information.
  • Strong working familiarity with Google products such as Sheets (pivot tables and formulas), Docs and Slides.
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with a diverse range of partners
  • Strategic understanding of brand campaigns and how to measure these • Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work with unstructured information and data to influence business decisions.
  • Creative-oriented strategic thinker with experience in creative testing processes and management.
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and cross-channel media optimization toward business goals.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined challenges.
