The Brokerage Researcher and Administrative Specialist provides research and administrative support to the brokerage professionals, including preparation and distribution of documents, collecting market data and property information for analysis, and tracking projects/transactions. Providing accurate and reliable statistical real estate market data to the commercial real estate service lines. Provides an advanced level of research support in ensuring data integrity. Supports the research function on a local and company-wide basis and provide internal and external clientele with statistical information on commercial real estate properties. Tracking all company and market data with efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:
-BA/BS required
-One to three years of Admin./ Research related experience required. Within the real estate industry prefered
-Basic understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals
-Writing and alalytical experience required
-Computer proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
-Strong attention to detail
-Assertive in the collection of current market data
-Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
-Ability to work independently or in a team environment on assigned projects
-Outstanding communication skills and the ability to interact with both internal and external clients
-Proficiency in the proprietary database as to input and output
-Preparation of absorption study for commercial real estate space on a quarterly basis
-Enhanced knowledge of commercial real estate terms, and definitions
-Enhanced understanding of statistical calculations involved in correctly reporting vacancy rates, absorption, construction, rental rates, leasing, sales activity, renovation and proposed activity
