CompPlanner Business Analyst. This position is on W-2 form, no C2C.

Specific Duties:
1. Prepare and execute test scenarios; conduct test runs, take corrective measures during testing phases, document issues, and retest applied “fixes” after remediation.

2. Assist in documenting required functional specifications needed for interfaces, enhancements and conversions.
3. Support all Compensation processes, applications and interfaces, including conversion, configuration, testing, enhancements, maintenance and troubleshooting
4. Assist with maintaining Compensation module in Oracle HCM cloud
5. Support data integrity in the compensation system by running queries to validate interfaces, compensation processes and compensation data
6. Complete manual update tasks to ensure data integrity remains intact
7. Maintain processes, systems, procedures, logs, and materials to support all compensation program administration
8. Work as assigned with IT on break/fix issues
9. Have working knowledge of compensation processes including merit and performance-based compensation

Must have qualifications/experience:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in HR application support (HR Systems, Time and Attendance Systems, or Reporting and Analytics) or equivalent experience, preferably in Healthcare
-Business Analysis experience
· Basic system/application/data troubleshooting
· Critical thinking and root cause analysis process
· Advance Microsoft Office Skills, particularly in Excel
· Strong Verbal and Writing skills
· Analytical skill
· Specialized HRIS skills which includes application configuration and system support, troubleshooting, and report/query running.
· Knowledge of HR systems/operations in Healthcare setting preferred
· Prefer knowledge/skills in any combination of the following:
• Oracle PeopleSoft
• HCM Cloud Compensation
• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)

Shift Start/End Time: 7:30-4:30

Dress Code: Business Casual

Activities include coordinating the delivery of multiple projects, Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties
