Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill Business Analysis Consultant – Senior in Cypress, CA or REMOTE

Data Remediation requires contract resource to address the demand for the MACRA (Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act) Program over the next two years.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ year of experience in business/finance analysis
- Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting and elaborating on both requirements and UC.
- Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required
- Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing
- Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data
- Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures


Job Requirements:
Requirements analysis, use case creation and decomposition, business process mapping, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements
- Lead/facilitate Elaboration/JAD sessions both functional and technical
- Mockups development - Use Case development and decompose from L0 to L1
- Manage and maintain requirements and use case inventory as source of truth
- Manage and maintain use case inventory lifecycle
- Lead or participate in large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
- Collaborate with the project team on application architecture design and decision-making
- Recommend/develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business
- Provide alternate design solutions along with level of effort estimates
- Design and implement application enhancements in collaboration with different teams
- Ability to solve complex issues
- Participate in the development of business strategy
- Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
- Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
- Function as a mentor for junior analysts, providing assistance as needed
- Handle smaller projects as sole BA resource, to include interactions with other teams and 3rd parties for design and architecting of requirements
- Post-graduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience with Project/Development Life Cycles, specifically hybrid Agile
- 5+ years of general database experience desirable - Experience writing and executing functional specifications
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project) - Proficiency with MS Visio - Healthcare Industry experience
