The Unit Cost Improvement (UCI) program team within Financial Management Group is looking for a contractor for a short-term period up to 12 months to assist with data reporting and analysis for an enterprise-wide portfolio spanning across all departments, functions, and regions. Fundamental responsibilities include advanced program and project reporting with the ability to interpret and present data to different levels of management, as well as to communicate with a diverse set of executive stakeholders. 

The right person will have exceptional program reporting experience and the natural ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across functional areas in a matrix environment and with all different levels of management. The candidate must possess superb Excel skills to consolidate data from different sources and engineer it to produce results in the desired presentation form.

Summary of responsibilities:
• Active team member for a multi-year enterprise-wide program that consists of hundreds of projects that span across multiple areas, functions, and/or lines of business
• Conducts research and analysis to ensure all initiatives are consistent and follow program guidance
• Provides financial and non-financial updates to department leadership regarding program status through reports, status dashboards, scorecards, etc.
• Reports on the progress of all initiatives and milestones, to ensure timeliness and deliverables are met across the program
• Provides information to end users to help resolve inquiries related to assigned processes, procedures, and/or initiatives.
• Works on basic to more complex financial analyses assignments or projects
• Prepares financial reports by downloading information from single or multiple sources, compiles databases and formulates spreadsheets
• Provides thought leadership and financial modeling support on business case development
• Identifies program financial trends, issues, and risks, providing guidance to senior leadership
• Applies strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve challenges 
• Builds and maintains strong working relationships with team members and other key departments
• Assists Program manager with administrative functions such as meetings, meeting minutes, content management, etc. 

Required experience
• 3 page resume limit
 5-10 years industry experience with BA/BS, preferably in Finance or Accounting 
• Expertise in MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables, complex formula creation) and high level of proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
• Prior experience with financial and management reporting, including an understanding of financial practices and processes
• Ability to distil large amounts of data into clear concise formats for easier reporting and analysis
• Exceptional, analytical, prioritization, presentation development and program management skills, including a meticulous attention to detail
• Show business maturity, have strong presence and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities, influential leadership skills, interpersonal skills and team orientation needed to build partnerships and work successfully across all teams 
• Ability to lead and/or work simultaneously on multiple large, complex projects
