Business Analyst - Call Center Production Support



Adecco Group seeks professional Call Center Business Analyst for our global Financial Services client in Warwick Rhode Island 02886

Position: Business Analyst Production Support
Pay Rate: $34.63 per hour
Length: 6 months W2 contract

Summary and Responsibilities


This role focuses will focus on Production Support of the call center regarding pre-deployments preparation of new call center technology. This position will to be part of a Program team responsible for the delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud Desktop to our client’s Global Contact Center (aka Service Call Center - Dental, Disability and Auto & Home Call groups currently in various stages of deployment and development).

Responsible for pre-deployment preparation activities including focused on the planning of deployment of various Operational Readiness activities such as Training, Communications, Policy and Procedure authoring, and post deployment metrics analysis to validated expected business benefits of new software are being met.

The successful candidate will support rollout of Salesforce application to Call Center groups and will be responsible for tracking and escalating defects found post production - as well as identifying trends based on end user feedback.

Must Have:




Previous experience with software deployments to end users.
While not a project management position, these competencies are preferred:

Experience coordinating with various call center teams preferred, including training, procedures, reporting, and ID administration teams.
Experience with Salesforce software preferred and a plus!
Experience in a call center environment preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Self- motivated with a sense of urgency.
Communication skills both verbally and written at all levels.
Understanding office procedures/business acumen is essential.
Computer Proficiency – MS Word, Excel, etc.
Sense of urgency on behalf of end users




Start Date: 10/08/2018 (runs thru 04/07/2018)
