Job Description:
Global Banking & Markets Technology (GBMT) Risk & Controls is responsible for the implementation of Enterprise operational risk management policies, procedures and standards across GBMT. These risk management policies, procedures and standards are formulated by Enterprise Risk, Global Information Security, and Compliance & Regulatory Agencies. The GBMT Risk & Controls team works with Application Managers and COOs across all lines in Global Markets (Global Transaction Support Technology, Wholesale Credit and Banking, Equities, FICC, Middle Office and Operations) to ensure that control gaps are identified and remediated.

The role is provide support to the GBMT Risk and Control Program Deployment team in the areas of:
1. Project Management including Status Reporting / Analytics
2. Coordinate or collaborate on weekly and monthly meetings, reports and monitoring of various issues and Risk & Controls Program management routines.

Responsibilities:
Manage cross functional projects by driving communication and coordination across multiple business units to ensure the timely completion of objectives and the seamless execution of project plans.
1. Lead and/or coordinate special projects, as requested by GBAMT management.
2. Act as ambassador of Risk Culture and independently drive global programs/initiatives

This role requires:
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to capture requirements, produce design specifications then once approved, deliver defined solutions.
• Strong project management skills

This role cuts across GBMT Risk and Control and must be able to prioritize work and provide effective communications with various levels of the organization.

Incumbents typically have 5-7 years of overall experience with mandatory exposure to Audit and/or risk in a Global organization.

Time Zone – US Hours ( 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)

Resource is required to be on the assignment for the required hours as specified in the job description. Attendance and punctuality are essential components of the position; therefore, unexcused absences and tardiness could result in dismissal. Supports projects relating to change initiatives impacting multiple businesses unites, product lines, or business processes. Projects require cross-divisional coordination, communication, influence and negotiation. Provides advanced analytical support for change initiatives. Responsible for significant contributions to the design, development and completion of project deliverables. Works with the project team members on all phases of initiatives and may have some leadership responsibility in directing and evaluating the work of more junior analysts. Works on portions of projects as directed.
