My client is in Indianapolis, Indiana and is hiring a Business Analyst. This position will require participant in level 2 application support, implementation, distribution and maintenance of Client-Server software application for Out of Box and Custom application/platforms. Candidate will be responsible for business analysis and day to day application support for users.
The position will also require knowledge of SQL database, HTML, .net and other frontend and backend technologies in addition to operating platform knowledge.

JOB REQUIREMENTS include:


Be a subject matter expert/Technical lead and provide Tier 2 support for specific enterprise application user functions
Apply knowledge, best practices, and expertise of business analysis concepts, principles, and techniques to gather, document and manage business requirements.
Lead or participate in requirements gathering sessions with subject matter experts and development teams to review and document system requirements.
Create high-quality requirements documentation within specified time frames to solve business problems.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Subject Matter Experts, and Quality Control to ensure requirements acceptance.
Ability to create SQL Queries, analyze data and create reports using platforms such as SSRS or Crystal.
Develop, configure and maintain SharePoint document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections.
Perform typical SharePoint system administrative activities such as site creation, InfoPath form creation, user training and issue resolution
Work with IT Managers on implementation plans for small to complex web or client application projects;
Use judgment and creativity to design coding approach to meet requirements/specifications as provided by software development manager.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

C# and ASP.NET or equivalent technology
HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery
Proficient in SQL and familiarity with RDBMS
Visual Studio
Ability to perform job functions with minimum of supervision
MS, SharePoint
