Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details: 

Job Title:      Business Analyst

Shift:            Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM       

Location:       Jacksonville, FL 32204

Pay Rate:      $37.00 per/hr Adecco/W2


Must Have Requirements

Position Purpose: 
The business analyst resource will assist in gathering requirements from business representatives, stakeholders, or related third parties. As well as analyzing and evaluating current sites for converting to new content management systems.

Key Responsibilities 
Analyze and evaluate sites 
• Understand current and requested business processes/sites
o Analyze, evaluate, diagram current business process/sites
o Complete use cases, business process and decision models
o Develop wireframe prototypes and work-flow diagrams
o Define, understand and outline business gaps, issues, and objectives
o Create function requirements, such as use cases or user stories
• Interact and communicate with key stakeholders and other team members
o Work with key business leaders, stakeholders, product managers to understand business process
o Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate and recommend improvements
o Work with testing teams to identify and clarify business processes developed
o Define project deliverables
o Define scope of project at high level, as well as detailed level
o Assist in defining scope on a technical level
o Assist with finalizing project artifacts
o Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders, executive management, and other team members
o Support technical teams with documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related discipline (Minimum of 5 years)
• Understands and uses Agile software development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and using TFS
• Microsoft™ Office skills to include Word; Excel, Visio, and SharePoint
• Must demonstrate a high degree of accountability, operate proactively and anticipate problems
• Must be detailed oriented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate effectively
• Ability to write business requirements easily translated by development team
• Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
• Good Interpersonal Communication and Writing skills
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to changes in a fast paced environment

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• IIBA certification, CBAP or CCBA (preferred)
• Domain knowledge in title, escrow, mortgage or financial industry
• Understanding of branding and marketing methodologies
• Understanding of site analytics
• Evaluation of potential software solutions for business needs
• Organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of clients’ timelines and budgets.
• Awareness and pride in 100% client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrate ability to think independently
• Strong testing, troubleshooting skills using browser developer tools and device emulators
