Location: Bridgewater NJ
Pay Rate: $70 per hour DOE



Summary:

Our client needs a dynamic leader to be at the center of its Digital Enterprise Strategy.

This position will be the conduit between different areas across business operations and IT to co-ordinate and control implementation of appropriate methodologies, trained resource pools and pipeline governance.
 
This will not be an information technology role but more of a strategic process leadership role.
 
This engagement lead will be responsible for managing process at high level by working closely with all areas to provide the automation option.  You will be responsible for identification of suitable/viable opportunities and managing the creation of Digital Automation capability.
 
You should have a consulting background and demonstrated ability to think strategically and go deep into a project/topic, adaptability to think, communicate effectively to senior leaders, as well as developers, interact across different organizations, be a self-starter and not wait to be told what to do.  Need to be good at managing Business development / CRM experiences.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Business Leaders to create approach for identifying, quantifying and prioritizing pipeline of intelligent automation candidates with full visibility of the expected and actual business benefit.
  • Support the development of business cases & financial valuations for opportunities identified through engagements with business leaders.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and establish governance, delivery, operating and communication model
  • Develop, plan and facilitate comprehensive workshops to identify intelligent automation candidate processes by collaborating across multiple groups and functions.
  • Implement established COE framework that enables rapid and repeatable delivery of process automation and ongoing scheduling, monitoring and evolution of the automated processes to increase and improve the business benefit.
  • Oversee delivery of the initial phase of automated processes in accordance with the agreed Digital Automation Delivery Methodology to achieve a consistent high standard of solution to Business Challenges.
  • Develop and manage methodology to proactively track, monitor and refine business processes that have been automated.
  • Provide escalation point for the effective removal of blockers and escalation at all levels throughout the initial phases of the Digital Automation implementation.
  • Support in the development of training and upskilling modules for intelligent automation through collaboration with Enterprise HR.
 
You will need:
  • 10+ years professional experience, preferably in management consulting, insurance or financial services with demonstrated ability to think strategically and deep dive on topics as needed, adaptability, effective communication across all levels of the organization and a self-starter.
  • Ability to liaise with senior level external supplier and internal stakeholder representatives in a rational and measured manner to communicate project progress, issues, risks and solutions Ability to control meetings and ensure the attendees are focused on achieving predefined objectives
  • The aptitude to adapt and evolve methodologies and procedures in a controlled manner to continually improve delivery and support channels
  • Experience working with technology and operations teams and communicating Tech Ops topics to business associates
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and generate leads for identification of suitable opportunities
  • Experience of managing and motivating a cross discipline team
  • Competencies: Leadership skills, negotiation skills, written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated/starter, relationship management skills, diagnostic thinking, creative capacity, and the ability to work in a team.
Preferred:
  • Bilingual: Spanish speaking a Plus!
  • Business Development / CRM experience
  • Prior experience working with RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
  • Experience working with technology teams and ability to speak the language & communicate that back to the business
