Degree/Certifications Required: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
? 10+ years Business Analysis experience required.
• 5-8 years of prime brokerage experience is a must
• Knowledge of Portfolio Margin (TIMS)
• Deep knowledge in Margin calculations
• Fund strategies knowledge
• Sector concentration add-ons for both equity and fixed income instruments
• Margin Reporting
• Prime brokerage products
• Risk metrics
• Fixed income requirements that adjust margin based on implied credit spread
• Liquidity add-ons for both fixed income and equity securities
• ETF classifications


• Asset classes back-testing

• Identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems by analyzing options/solutions which may include a technology component, but may also consist of portfolio margin strategic
planning and policy development

• Develop business requirements documents for prime brokerage products and services. Assess, document and validate current states processes, understanding the problem statement and business needs to deliver effective solutions that address business problems and align to strategic business goals

• Supporting project execution, testing and implementation activities to deliver business results/objectives

• Work collaboratively with technology partners, risk management teams, operational areas, business stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage business requirements

• Define, document and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications taking into account non-functional requirements

• Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing

• Apply best practices for effective communication, relationship management and problem-solving with stakeholders/partners

• Support and contribute to project management activities by participating in the scoping and estimating of project efforts, risks identification and mitigation measures recommendation, communicating activity status and providing timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems to the Project Manager


• Anticipate and meet stakeholders evolving needs, as well as providing the kind of legendary customer service to project stakeholders

• Analyze impacts to customers, stakeholders, employees, process, technology solutions to achieve business results

• Understand and clarify work packages of each assigned initiative/project inclusive of constraints (time, cost, people resources) and
maintain a customer-centric approach

• Assess and ensure that customer and employee experience / stakeholder impacts are appropriately managed

• Engage appropriate stakeholders to identify and manage required outcomes of projects for the business

• Provide on-going communication to key stakeholders, including the project sponsor, business project owner, project / program / portfolio
