Shift: Mon-Friday 8a-5p

Description:
To provide high quality business insights through research and analytics, and embed the Marketing or Commercial Excellence framework to maximize business potential and improve overall quality of business decision making.
Develop/adapt Commercial Excellence concept and tools with marketers/field force. Review and further develop, establish implementation plan of Sales-Channel-Strategy Concepts.

Major Task/Responsibilities

Master data management
UCM (Universal Customer Master) maintenance, including data merging, data cleansing
UCM Hierarchy maintenance (Buying Groups, GCMCs, Headsheds)
Rewards sales allocations
Bias Table Maintenance (custom company tool)
Bias Hierarchy Maintenance (custom company tool)
Proficient in Excel and database management
Fall Solutions calculator development (Excel); calculator rules coordination with One10
Rewards Website Testing
Primary contact for end user program exceptions
Take a leadership role in reporting and driving results through KPI’s on a consistent basis
Development and delivery of End User sales reports
Ad hoc end user sales reporting
Business Intelligence Key User – Sales reporting workbooks
Familiar with Tableau software (plus)
Primary contact for troubleshooting reporting issues from the remote sales team

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years’ experience with system/data analysis within a Sales and Marketing organization
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to perform data analysis and interpretation, and manage data
Experience with general program management
Ability to influence and gain support of internal department needed to support program efforts
Outstanding organizational, time management, decision-making and self-motivational skills as well as multi-tasking skill are imperative to effectively perform the functions of this position, due to the diverse job responsibilities
Strong interpersonal skills, professional and ethical work practices are also required. Incumbent must possess the ability to effectively interact with employees in several functional departments
This position requires the ability to proactively identify, analyze, and recommend opportunities for the sales organization
The incumbent must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to clearly articulate statistical findings. Good verbal presentation skills are preferred
This position requires accuracy and timeliness in every aspect, including significant attention to detail. The incumbent must have highly proficient computer skills, especially in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel (Intermediate or above), and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of SAP and specifically BW is preferred
Must also be able investigate, evaluate and implement new software
Able to adapt to changing environment and requirements
Flexibility and ability to prioritize competing requests
