Provides administrative and clerical support to Account Managers and Management within the
Business Development Department.

Performs clerical functions such as record keeping, data entry, and update/maintenance of electronic
database.
2. Completion of sales related forms and reports.
3. Carry out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and intra-office communications.
4. Aggregate forecasts from various customers, analyze trends and disseminate the information to appropriate
internal stakeholders.
5. Manage various projects gathering information to assist sales teams.
6. Communicate with internal departments (from ordering to manufacturing to delivery).
7. Plan for build-up of consignment inventory in coordination with Material Planning and Inside Sales.
8. Performance of other related duties related to the smooth operation as of the facility as required, including
cleaning and general housekeeping.
9. Follow Quality and Environmental Systems and submit the necessary documents required to comply with
the standards.
