Function: Provides administrative and clerical support to Account Managers and Management within the
Business Development Department.
Scope: Performs administrative, personnel and purchasing functions..
1. Performs clerical functions such as record keeping, data entry, and update/maintenance of electronic
2. Completion of sales related forms and reports.
3. Carry out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and intra-office communications.
4. Aggregate forecasts from various customers, analyze trends and disseminate the information to appropriate
internal stakeholders.
5. Manage various projects gathering information to assist sales teams.
6. Communicate with internal departments (from ordering to manufacturing to delivery).
7. Plan for build-up of consignment inventory in coordination with Material Planning and Inside Sales.
8. Performance of other related duties related to the smooth operation as of the facility as required, including
cleaning and general housekeeping.
9. Follow Quality and Environmental Systems and submit the necessary documents required to comply with
the standards.
Attending annual and/or quarterly refresher courses related to hazardous waste management and handling, general
safety, quality management, and environmental management.
Direct supervision is provided by the department manager. (Manger /Deputy General Manager). Completed work
is reviewed for accuracy, completeness and compliance with the established guidelines.

The Assistant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent education, AS in Business is preferred.

External Work Experience
Minimum of 2 years¿ experience in an administrative support function.

¿ Excellent advanced MS Office skills
¿ Must be detail oriented.
¿ Able to supporting multiple Account Managers.
¿ Prefer the candidate has experience working in a sales organization.
¿ BA or BS preferred.
¿ Japanese language skills although not required is always a plus.
¿ Able to coordinate meetings both internal and external.
¿ Must possess ability to work in an environment with ever-changing priorities.
