YOU: Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are a critical force behind Chatmeter's success as a business, and we need a leader to maintain and develop a high-performing culture for this team. Reporting into our VP of Sales, VP of Marketing, and Head of Operations, you¿ll be an integral part of our Sales leadership and provide continuous and constructive coaching for our SDRs, as well as spearhead recruiting and onboarding efforts as needed. We're not only looking for someone with a track record of driving and delivering results; our ideal hire is also someone who incorporates empathy, integrity and humility into a hands-on and motivational style of leadership, and leads by example so that the team can excel and follow.

¿ Hire, train, and mentor a growing team of Sales Development Representatives
¿ Communicate with sales leadership to ensure the SDR team is meeting pipeline expectations
¿ Proven track record in driving creative prospecting initiatives to senior level executives across various channels including email, phone, social, and direct mail. Show us your success metrics!
¿ Create a tight partnership with VP¿s, account executives, and marketing demand generation teams on monthly/quarterly campaigns
¿ Track SDR team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis against quotas, conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, etc
¿ Beat and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
¿ Forecast and plan for monthly, quarterly and long-term growth
¿ Develop and partner with Sales Ops to implement effective, repeatable onboarding, training, and skills improvement programs
¿ Create and prioritize with management strategic target/named account lists and pass sales-ready leads to account teams
¿ Be fluent in Sales Automation tools. Examples: Salesforce, Ebsta, Outreach, Salesloft, and many others
¿ Demonstrated success building strong, collaborative sales teams focused on great customer experience, continuous refinement, and a strong track record of success
¿ 3+ years of sales management or lead gen leadership role
¿ Preferred selling experience in the B2B SaaS/technology industries to Enterprise Companies (think Fortune 500)
¿ Previous performance metrics tied to: ability to qualify, organize, and convert meetings with decision makers at key accounts and track revenue pipeline
¿ Proficient in both inbound and outbound selling motions
¿ Knowledge of how to use sales metrics to drive success and stretch goals
¿ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (there will be a typing test)
¿ Leadership excellence and a track record of high performance and teamwork capability
¿ Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Marketo, Ebsta and other sales acceleration tools
¿ Bachelor¿s Degree
