Job Description
Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Managing Director to achieve revenue goals.

Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.
Analyze the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
Develop new business plans and monitor all mergers and acquisitions.
Administer and develop all Monthly / Quarterly reports and News Letters for press coverage and new businesses.
Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
Coordinate Development of consistent business proposals for new and existing customers.
Assist guiding the National Marketing Materials with respect to regional needs.
Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
Prepare the annual marketing budget and track the expenses against the budget.
Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.
Develop and assist in developing strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
Manage or Monitor customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.  Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
Develop cross-selling opportunities among different offices and disciplines.
Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
Assist in the Hire, training of new sales and business development associates.

Hand Off to Operations:

Review new project with General Manager and Project team; review contract, Scope of Work, Specialty Details and Payment Terms associated with the project and the responsibilities of company
Review and discuss any valid cost saving/value engineering ideas which do not compromise the project’s intent/specifications. Re-engineer the project through changing the specification or other synergies available to ensure the project will succeed with a greater GP than originally estimated. Confirm that the changes will be effective

(e.g. do not make a material change resulting in added labor unless the overall result is a cost savings) Discuss and Lean Construction methods to save purchase overages.
