Lead Inflight Division day-to-day analytics and reporting requirements.
Act as a key stakeholder on all new Inflight Division business intelligence initiatives.
Provide information and insights supporting the development, analysis, interpretation and presentation of primary and secondary data to help drive revenue, profitability, and strategic objectives.
Research, analyze and forecast trends in markets, competition, airlines, passengers, product categories, and product SKU’s.
Perform daily analysis of supply chain, retail, and ecommerce data and discover and propose solutions to more efficiently manage inventory levels, maximize sales, and contain costs.
Perform multi-variable analysis to identify correlations and patterns within data.
Create weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports; as well as reports for customers.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.



3-5 years of experience in a smilar capacity
Excel: Intermediate to Advanced capability required
PowerPoint: Intermediate capability required
Word: Intermediate capability required


Internet search/research: Intermediate capability required
Database (SQL, Access, Oracle): Basic to intermediate required
ERP system (AX, SAP): Basic capability a plus

ANALYTICAL ABILITY
Capacity to examine multiple variable scenarios, and extract trends, opportunities. Experience with Supply Chain, Retail, and Ecommerce experience preferred. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization. Ability to read, analyze, and understand general business/company related articles and professional journals; Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals; Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
