Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

You will design and document work flow for various software products. You will manage and provide solutions for new business unit ideas, trends and concepts. You will be responsible for understanding the unique business requirements and business process management of a given company and/or product, and then translating them to written documentation to be used by the development, QA, training and support teams. You will assist with the testing effort and provide input when needed. You will manage production related issues.
Typical Project Scope:
� Projects requiring up to 2 weeks of development time
� Projects involving up to 3 internal business stakeholders
� Projects involving a limited number of external stakeholders and/or development teams

Software Design & Consultation: 60%
� Elicit business requirements using techniques including interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis
� Evaluate the data collected through the business requirements process and develop this information into specifications
� Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
� Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents, including screen, interface, and GUI designs
� Transfer project business requirements to the development and QA teams
� Provide input, review and suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the client's business needs
� Document the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtain sign-off from the appropriate customer (internal or external)
� Collaborate with Business groups and software developers, producing a range of documents to support successful software development
� Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
� Support production issues; researching, documenting, and providing solutions
Project Management: 30%
� Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams, support and training teams
� Prioritize project tasks in alignment with business requirements
� Manage any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines
� Manage assigned projects
� Collaborate with the development, QA teams, and other technology teams
� Provide proactive project communication to stakeholders
Professional Development: 10%
� Research tools and processes to improve departmental performance
� Leverage in-house tools to more effective use
�Attend professional seminars/training classes
� Document and share subject matter expertise among team members
� Any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management Basic Qualification
� High School Diploma or GED
� 2 years of experience using Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, data-entry, and internet (ability to create and edit spreadsheets and Word documents)
Other Requirements
� 1-3 years experience in software design, development, testing, and/or project management
� Excellent Time management skills
� High level of analytical and problem solving skills, with a demonstration ability to investigate complex issues and make informed decisions about them.
� Communicates effectively both orally and written
� Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
� Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
� Ability to interact with peers and managers with tact and diplomacy.
� Ability to think creatively, problem solve, and innovate
� Team spirited, but able to work individually as well.
Preferred Skills
� Bachelors degree
