Business-to-Business Influencer Marketing Manager. 
Cisco’s Enterprise Networks Solutions Marketing team is seeking a B2B Technical Influence Marketing Manager. 

Influence Marketing involves working with technical and business influencers across our Enterprise, Data Center, IoT, Mobility, Cloud, DevNet, and Services technologies and solutions. Our goal is to source, engage, educate, and enable those talking, writing/blogging, and otherwise discussing Cisco technologies within the technical community. 

The ideal candidate will possess solid organization and process focused skills to manage, plan and execute Influence Marketing programs. These programs include Cisco’s technical buyer advocacy program (Cisco Champions), 3rd party media, podcasts, blogs, on-line meetings, social forums and metrics reporting. 


Key responsibilities 
• Launches: Create marketing plans to engage technical influencers with our new technologies & messaging. Activities include: arranging message testing, pre-briefings, and beta tests. 
• Creating “white glove” event experiences: Assist in the creation and manage the execution of the Influence Marketing plan for Cisco Live Melbourne (March), Cisco Live US (June) and Cisco Live Europe (Feb 2020) and other key third-party events. This entails tying together launch & marketing goals and preparing a “white glove” experience for the influencers onsite at the event. 
• Cisco Champions Ongoing Activities: Host/manage weekly podcasts, daily Webex teams room check-ins, weekly newsletter contributions & editing for Customer & Partner group, Cisco Champions. We also are looking for someone who can help expand the program into LATAM and Asia. 
• Cisco Champion Recruitment: Help manage the recruitment and selection of influencers into our advocacy program (Cisco Champions). This entails reviewing applications, researching applicants to ensure they meet our criteria and then communicating to the selected Champions. 
• Influencer Marketing Special projects: Drive and assist the team lead with additional special projects that may arise. 
• Metrics and reporting: Assist the team in quantifying the results from our influencer marketing efforts and preparing executive summary communications. 


Minimum Sills 
• Excellent communicator who can work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
• Strong presentation skills - both written and oral 
• Proven program management track record and ability to work on several projects simultaneously 
• Passion for technology and ability to discuss and engage with our technical influencer community 
• Ability to navigate through cross functional teams and influence key marketing and engineering stakeholders 

Desired skills/qualifications 
• 7-10 years of marketing experience (Influence Marketing experience preferred) 
• Go-to-market and event execution experience 
• Ability to build and foster relationships with technical experts 
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams spanning multiple products/solutions 
• Self-starter 
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sociology, Communications, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
