Work Schedule, M-F / 8:00 am to 5:00
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour / Adecco W2 (depending on experience with the requirements below)

Job Description

A Sourcing Support Administrator will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to our buyers, our internal SAP users, and our suppliers. The incumbent will use both SAP and Supplier Relationship Module experience to train, support, and maintain supplier information in SAP ERP. Incumbent will assist in development and documentation of best practices. Incumbent will apply sourcing background to a variety of emerging new responsibilities using analytical and organizational skills.

Work closely with Sourcing Manager to design, develop, and implement processes to enter, maintain and update supplier records.
Learn and apply skills to train other users of the ERP system, SRM, and e Auction resources.
Interface between suppliers and the AP team.
Manage access requests for both suppliers and internal users
Support supplier and requestor inquiries.
Learn and apply skills to train users on proprietary ecommerce shopping application
Create documentation and training using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Create and review status reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
SAP experience (Sourcing/Procurement)
2 years direct AP experience preferred
3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing.
Experience in training others in person or via webex a plus.
1 year of experience working with a supplier relationship module (ex: Salesforce) a plus
1 year of experience working in E auction platform (ex: Ariba) a plus
Ability to work in fast paced environment with multi-tasking support of a number of inquiries at one time required.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Must demonstrate current skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Helpdesk background a strong plus.
