Pay rate: 22.00 - 25.00– Adecco W2 (depending on experience with the requirements below)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS – DESCRIPTION

The individual in this role will provide CAD and drafting services to support and enhance the sales efforts and module production capability at the Dallas facility.

SPECIFIC GOALS AND PRIORITIES



Have the capability and desire to learn and apply principles of the fabrication shop layout and design
Possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and designs
Effectively communicate all information to/from customers and employers
Operate the CAD system (AutoCAD)
Be able to work under deadlines, pressure, and with many different personalities


ACTIVITIES, TASKS, and/or FUNCTIONS



Produce CAD layouts of modules for projects and/or quotes
Produce CAD drawings of fabricated product standards, tools, and sales items
Prepare detailed module designs of furnaces, kilns, fired heaters, oxidizers, reformers, and other equipment
Provide BOMs for the module shop to fabricate
Assist in preparation of quotes, proposals, correspondence and product presentations to customers
Work with personnel in other branches to complete design and sales requirements
Maintain drawing files for future reference


REQUIREMENTS:



Bachelor degree or technical training utilizing CAD/Drafting skills
Good technical/mechanical aptitude
Strong written and verbal skills
A basic understanding of thermodynamic principles or the ability to learn them
