Cafe Manager

Adecco is partnering with a Healthy and Tasty Café located in Suffolk in a search for their next Manager. You should be passionate about the food industry, inspiring to others, love coaching and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Managers must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management

Key Responsibilities:
Restaurant management combines strategic planning, shift organization and day-to-day management activities.


Must be responsible for the business performance of the restaurant


Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability


Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales


Creating and executing plans for profit and staff development


Managing to a budget and controlling costs


Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts


Managing staff throughout their shift and providing them with feedback


Responding to guest complaints


Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards


Greeting customers and doing table visits to ensure customer satisfaction


Training and motivating staff


Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety


Inventory, ordering and financial controls including labor and scheduling



Qualifications:
•Must have 5 plus years of Restaurant Management experience and a degree in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management is a preferred
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Serve Safe Food Certification
