Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and issue resolution of HR systems - primarily Workday | - Support and partner with HR, management and employees on the utilization of HR technology and system applications | - Serve as an HR department liaison between HR business and technical IT counterparts | - Manage support and system enhancement requests for specific functional areas.

Configure Workday business processes

Workday experience - Core HCM at least 3 year. Basic understanding of Workday reporting and integrations

Top requirements:

1. Trouble shoot maintenance Workday and benefits. At least 3+ years with Workday

2. Core HCM at least 3+ years, business process confirmation and troubleshooting data anomalies

3. Ticket management and service request (most of the time enhancement requests)

4. HR domain experience

Soft and Technical skills:

A. Work across business stakeholders

B. Partner well with business and it stakeholders
