As a Call Center Agent at our client site, you will assist customers in the mortgage processing field. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Respond to and resolve customer service inquires and issues
  • Enter data into system
  • Follow up regarding needed information and escalate issues to management
  • Contact customers regarding outstanding mortgage processing issues

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Experience with MS Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work from home until state restrictions allow the office to open back up
  • Access to a computer, high speed internet, and phone to work from home
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

  • The starting pay rate for Call Center Agent jobs is $12.75 per hour, plus overtime as needed.
