Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Call Center Agent role in Galesburg, MI!

Contract Length: 6 months
Pay Rate: $18-20/hour DOE

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:


Receive inbound calls from dealership, fleet, and end use customers,
Answer questions, research and provide information and route/escalate to appropriate resource(s).
Capture complaints, issues and vehicle information in various systems for reporting purposes.
Process warranty claims.
Provide callers with the highest quality service and accuracy of referral on pre-sales and post-sales issues.


Shift Start/End Time: 1st shift. Hours between 8am to 7pm, flexibility in shift schedule preferred.
