Call Center Agent

decco is assisting a client in the Irvine area with filling Customer Service Representative positions for a well-known retailer. This is a seasonal position through January 2019. (Potential to go long-term) 1st and 2nd shifts are available. 

• Shifts varies: 6:00am - 3:00pm OR 10:00am -7:00pm. Must be flexible to work any 5 days Monday - Sunday.

***Required Holidays: scheduled days will vary
Black Friday 11/23 & Cyber Monday 11/26 (as well as the weekend in between: 11/24, 11/25, 11/26)
CLOSED on 11/22 (Thanksgiving), 12/25 (Christmas Day), 1/1 (New Year's Day)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting customers via phone, email and chat regarding placing orders, order confirmation, product/promotion questions, shipping status, returns, etc. with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction and retention.
Work directly with customers to resolve order-related issues.
Assist with warehouse fulfillment center to ensure smooth order process.
Log and tack incoming and outgoing telephone calls, as well as, report call volume data and issues to management following established guidelines and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned and apparent.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
Retail experience is a plus!
Must be able to type 35 WPM. 
Proficient in the use of Excel and MS Word.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must have ability to multitask.
Independent, self-motivated, team player.
High School Diploma required.
