Call Center Agent

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Call Center Agent in Kansas City, MO . This position is a 3-6 month assignment but could go longer for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is outgoing, very detail orientated, and willing to go the extra mile.

Job description


Answering phone calls about a variety of different items
Follow and adhere to the call escalation system
Ability to multitask as you will be speaking to customers and documenting notes in their accounts
Strong Customer Service experience to provide world class care


Job Skills required.

1 year experience working in Customer Service
Call Center Experience preferred
Strong knowledge of computer systems
Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed
GED or better


Paid training will last 1 week. This is a contract position but for the right candidate it could go contract to hire position and this position is starting at $13.50/hr.
