Call Center Agent

Responsibilities:

-Collection of receivables through telephone

-Prioritizing accounts with past due balances, establishing timely payments, arranging pay plans if necessary, and determining which accounts need extra attention

-Communicate effectively with customers and related internal departments to resolve disputed items

-Respond accurately and quickly to credit inquiries

-Review and potentially research and resolve customer deduction issues

-Keep updated records with financials and other pertinent information organized and accessible

-Perform special projects and other functions as assigned

 

Knowledge, Skill, Abilities:

-1-2 years of high-volume corporate customer service

-Strong attention to detail, goal oriented

-Commitment to excellent customer service

-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

-Proficient with MS Word and Excel
