Responsibilities for this Call Center Agent position include, but are not limited to:

  • Phone calls from Providers that will be transcribed into an document - Not a queue line role Inbound Outbound Utilization Agent
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Requirements for this Call Center Agent position include, but are not limited to:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must have experience in Healthcare with Prior Authorizations, Medical coding, & telephone experience
  • Should have extensive PC use and skills
  • Hours:

    Mon-Fri 8-5

    Pay Rate:

    $16.50/hour
