Adecco is looking for experienced Call Center/Customer Service Agents to start working mid-June on a long-term project! English and Bilingual Spanish jobs available!

With a new $18/hour pay rate ($19.00 for Bilingual Spanish), come work in a state-of-the-art facility with our client Epiq. These roles will be working onsite in a great location in Tampa, FL.

  • In this role you would be part of a call center team that handles potential claimant inquires and will be responsible for doing inbound and outbound calls (but again no sales!).

    Job duties will include professionally answering calls, addressing caller inquiries, performing research using available resources to provide information to callers, and routing calls to appropriate resources when complex issues arise. 

    You’ll need to complete administrative work and complete call logs accurately. There will be expectations for accuracy, productivity, and adherence to proper procedures.

    We’re looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, effective problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail, someone with call center or customer service experience, with good computer skills, someone who can multi-task, and someone who will be reliable!  You’ll be sitting for long periods of time and need to be ready to work effectively in a high volume and sometimes stressful work environment.

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to type 25 WPM
  • Experience using a Windows operating system
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or GED
