Responsibilities for Call Center Auditor jobs include but are not limited to:

  • Reviews the work of team members based on standard operational procedures.
  • Helps verify all the activities of the operations departments including workflow processes and quality of work performed.
  • Ensures that employees are adhering to company and client specific quality goals, business rules and regulations.
  • Provides updates, reports, analysis, coaching and audit results based on their findings.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Call Center Auditor jobs:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • MS Office Suite proficiency including Work and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective organizing, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent statistical and numerical ability.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities. Ability to grasp key points from complicated details.
